Patti Daum, CPA, CA, CBV​

Patti’s career spans 34 years, with 27 of them working exclusively in business valuations and litigation support.

 

Patti has been qualified and has testified numerous times in the Supreme Court of BC and at arbitration matters in both civil and family law matters, specifically as an expert in business valuations, calculations of financial losses, forensic accounting matters and preparation of Guideline income reports.

 

Patti is an effective communicator and skilled at making the complex, understandable.  Patti’s communication style and desire to help clients move through difficult circumstances, contributes significantly to the timely resolution of financial matters that she is involved with, in both litigation and alternative dispute resolution contexts.

Patti has worked with numerous small to mid-sized business owners in valuing their businesses in most industries for a variety of reasons including: financing, purchase or sale, corporate reorganizations, assisting with valuation provisions in shareholder agreements and resolution of a conflicts within shareholder groups.  Additionally, Patti has assisted many clients in the Collaborative Divorce process.
